Terms of Service

babbas is a product of Jumpsquat Marketing, based in Nashville, Tennessee. By subscribing to babbas, you agree to these terms.

The service. babbas delivers 20 original static Meta ad images every month for a subscription fee of $197 per month. Each month includes research into your site, offer, and category, angle selection by senior media buyers, and one asynchronous revision pass on the batch.

What we promise, and what we do not. We study public patterns in your category and create original ads for your brand. We do not copy other advertisers' ads. We do not guarantee performance of any kind, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, revenue, or any other result. What we guarantee is the work itself: ads worth testing. See our Refund and Cancellation policy for the first-batch guarantee.

Your responsibilities. You provide your brand website and confirm you have the right to advertise the products and offers shown. You are responsible for how the ads are used, and for following Meta's advertising policies when you run them.

Ownership. You own every file we deliver to you. You keep those files even if you cancel.

Billing. The fee is $197 per month, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and it renews automatically each month until you cancel. The plan is month to month. There is no long-term contract and no notice period.

Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges. Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation policy.

Acceptable use. We may decline or end service for products or conduct that are unlawful, deceptive, or in violation of advertising-platform policies, or for abuse of the service.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
